Production, delivery & returns

Production

We offer a wide variety of clothing styles to suit individual club needs.
Certain clothes models are not kept at our stock in Vilnius, Lithuania and blank clothes would be ordered from suppliers after we receive an order.

Production time takes up from waiting for the clothes to arrive from suppliers and the print productions itself.

All together the production time is: 5-15 business days

Shipping

Shipping phase begins after production time.

Within European Union (EU): 2-8 working days after shipping, depending on the country.

Within Lithuania: 1-2 days after shipping

Worldwide: 7-21 working days after shipping

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rotamerch.com and send your item to: Lithuania, Verkiu 30b, Vilnius, LT08223

Where is my parcel?

Once the order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Size changes & returns

If goods you bought turn out to be faulty (too small, damaged etc.) You can ask for size change, replace, or a refund. You have 14 days to do so.

If the product is not faulty we do not accept returns as all of the products are considered to suit your individual club styling and are custom produced.
